Deliveries
If you order on a weekday we’ll send out your order within 24 hours. During busy periods (e.g. in the months leading up to Christmas – November on wards) this could take a day or two longer, but we’ll do our best to make sure it doesn’t and contact you if any delays.
Orders placed between 1pm Friday and midnight Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday as we do not send any post out on Saturday/Sunday
For orders over £30, shipping is completely FREE.
Stickers: All Stickers are posted 1st class royal mail Globally , NO Tracking Will Be Provided
Orders below £30 is calculated based on weight starting at just £2. This is calculated for you at checkout so you can confirm before you buy and make your decision.
Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail 48 Hours In The UK , but other options are available for you to choose at checkout.
Any posters and wall art will be sent out in a separate poster tube to avoid crinkles or creases to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition.
Returns
Firstly, we hope you never have any problems ordering from us here at Anime Hoshi, but we understand that sometimes you might need to make a return. We have made it as easy as possible for you in case you need to return a product.
Consumer Contracts Regulations dictates that your cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive it.
If you need to make a return during this period, email us at [email protected] with your order number, details on the item/s you’d like to send back and why. We’ll send you a returns number and let you know the returns address within within a couple of days.
After you’ve received your returns number and our return address, you will then have another 14 days to return your item. You’ll need to write the returns number under our returns address on the parcel.
Once your return has been delivered back to us, we’ll take around 2 days to process it and issue you a refund.

Returns Fall Into Two Categories: Faulty Items And Unwanted Items
Where an item you have received is faulty, we’ll cover the cost of return postage, either by sending you a pre-paid postage label or refunding the amount to your original payment method. If you choose to return the item via your own shipping method, you’ll need to keep a copy of the receipt so that we can confirm how much to refund you. We can offer a replacement for faulty items (if stock is available), or a full refund. We won’t charge any postage for replacement items. Refunds for faulty items will be for their full value, plus any postage incurred.
If a returned item is just unwanted, we’ll have to ask you to pay for return postage. Refunds for unwanted items will be for their full value, but won’t include a refund for the original shipping paid.
